Below are some of the options available for our Bi-Fold Program Inserts:

CPBIFOLD2 – The base price for this product is for a 4 page A6 or smaller in size insert that has a generic print from you provided artwork file. These printed programs do not have a name or personalisation and are generally used as a pocket-sized program with basic schedules, maps and info. We recommend using a double pocket PVC holder – so you can store the bi-fold in the back compartment and use the front for your standard name tag insert. There are loads of ways conference organiser use these bi-folds so feel free to chat with our team.

Do you want your Bi-Fold Program to also be the name tag?

This means you are wanting to add personalisation of the front cover of the 4 pages to show the delegates name. We can do this! You will still supply the 4 page artwork and in addition a csv spreadsheet with all the delegate details.

Finally, you may want to go the extra mile!

Your bi-fold can be completely personalised for each delegate! This means not only the FRONT page of the program has the delegates details but you will also have a personalised program inside too – ask our staff for a quote!

All generic Bi-Folds are supplied flat and un scored ready for you make up prior to your event. Inserts are 120gsm
